1.       Tommy's First Birthday                                                 Airdate: 11th August, 1991

 

What day is it?! Yes, you've guessed it! It's Tommy Pickles' first birthday and Stu        Tommyfirstbirthday.jpg
and Didi try to make it a memorable birthday, a birthday that they'll never forget, and of course one that Tommy won't forget! However, Tommy isn't too fussed about the
fact that it's his birthday, and has one thing on his mind-Dog Food! Due to seeing
a commercial for dog food, he convinces Chuckie, Phil, Lil and his cousin, Angelica to join him on his quest to become a canine(or for that matter, canines).


All of them agree to try and help Tommy, but all efforts have been unsuccessful, due
to the parents dragging Tommy back from the kitchen, to open more of his presents and whatnot, but they still have one shot, due to Stu and Drew arguing in the living room, will they be able to do this, or stay human-babies for life?!

 

 

2. Barbeque Story/Waiter, There's a Baby In My Soup

Barbeque Story:

The Pickles are hosting a barbeque, and Tommy is playing with the one gift that Grandpa(Lou) gave him! Much to Angelica's frustration, she furiously kicks the ball over the fence, which is too big for the Rugrats to reach, or is it?! Tommy and crew(Even Chuckie, although forced to!) risk going over the fence for the sake of getting his ball back.

Stu's boss invites Stu to dinner to discuss business matters, and Tommy tags along, due to the fact that his babysitter isn't
available. Much to Stu's boss, and of course Stu's dismay, Tommy wanders off, ties their shoelaces together, and causes
mischief and mayhem in the kitchen, resulting in knives and forks in cream pies and fishes in shakes. Hilarity ensues.

 

 

3. At the Movies/Slumber Party

At the Movies:

After seeing a commercial for the latest Reptar movie on TV, Tommy gains an interest in the movie and discovers the Reptar franchise for the first time. Coincidentally, as Stu, Didi, Betty, Howard and Grandpa are already taking them to the theatres anyway to see the new Dummi Bears movie "Land Without Smiles", Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil sneak off to try and see which screening the Reptar movie is showing(or at least where Reptar is).

Didi invites Drew and Angelica to stay over for the night, and Tommy who is curious of what a slumber party is, won't get an honest answer from Angelica. After Angelica opens the bedroom window, Tommy gets a cold by accident. Will the space-like dreams featuring Didi as a half-moon and Angelica as Cupid cure him?!

 

 

4. Baby Commercial/Little Dude:

Tommy is confused as to why Phil and Lil are on the  TV at their house and right next to them at the same time, and Phil and Lil tell the story of the behind-the-scenes of the commercial that they were chosen to star in. Whilst this is going on, Betty is also coincidentally telling Didi the same story.

Didi takes  Tommy to school as a hearing aid, and at the session, no one wants to change his diaper as a test, until the school's coolest kid: Ramone(nicknamed Rocko) comes in and offers to change Tommy's diaper. All goes successfully, and Ramone takes an instant liking to Tommy, causing Tommy to run around-campus to look for Ramone to impress him even further.

 

5. Beauty Contest/Baseball

In a desperate effort to win the Kingfisher 9000, Lou and Stu dress Tommy up as a girl in the beauty contest, and name him "Tonya". Unfortunately, Tommy has some familiar competition to compete with.

Grandpa(Lou) and Stu go to the Grizzlies' baseball game, in which Tommy tags along to this. As usually expected, Tommy's balloon goes floating up in the air, and Tommy goes through drastic measures to try and get it back, even if it means falling off a few feet off the ground.

 

6. Ruthless Tommy/Moose Country

Ruthless Tommy:

Mistaken to be the son of millionaire Ronald Trump by two-"Home Alone" esque criminals, Tommy gets kidnapped and drops him off at their house, being held captive. However, Tommy isn't too fussed(at least about that anyway!) about this, and is more upset about his ball.

7. Grandpa's Teeth/Momma Trauma

At the family picnic(or as Chuckie would say: "pick-a-nick", Lou rebelliously puts his false teeth on the table, causing Spike(the Pickles' dog) to innocently put the false teeth inside his mouth. Tommy who claims that Grandpa(Lou) is the best adult that he knows(and rightfully so), suggests to Chuckie that they both go and follow Spike and try to get the false teeth back before Grandpa performs live. Will they be able to do it in time, or will they get into an accidental brawl between ducks and Spike himself?!

Tommy(unintentionally) is causing trouble in the household, due to his fascinations with drawing on the wall, and Didi and Stu take him to see a psychologist, who Stu eventually ends up talking to about his life-story himself. Tommy, instead of sitting still, decides to go on his own adventure, causing hilarious mischief and mayhem for everyone, including the people who work there.

After viewing a late-night scary movie featuring a robot that looks EXACTLY like Stu, Tommy is convinced that his dad might be a robot, and Chuckie, who just wants to go to sleep and nothing else, disagrees with him. Although, after eventually seeing the tricks that Tommy pulls on him, he's also convinced that he may be a robot!

Stu has ordered Tina Trousers to compare it with his own home-made doll: Patty Pants, and Tommy, Phil and Lil overhearing the conversation, suspect that they're all getting a new baby for them to play with. After a noise is heard in the garage, and Didi and Stu blame Spike for this, Tommy, who knows Spike wouldn't cause that trouble, is supicious and after hearing a story about a "dibbick" and the "klobbermeister, thinks that the same dibbick that Grandpa Boris was telling them about, was the same person that made the noise in the garage. They go into the garage and see something that might seem smaller than what they've actually expected, possibly even smaller than them.

After Tommy accidentally bumps his head(but is upset about the fact that
he can't reach his balloon, rather than the fact that he bumped his head), Stu invents a "new-toy", in order to reassure Didi and Betty that he and the guys(ala the babies' dads) that they won't be irresponsible during the Super Bowl"-esque game that they'll be watching this afternoon, complete with Pork Rinds and Soda and a huge TV!(all of this that neither know about!) When Grandpa(Lou) gives Tommy some chocolate milk, Angelica, who normally opposes to drinking out of a baby bottle, due to the fact that she believes she's far ahead of Tommy and the babies, is desperate to drink Tommy's chocolate milk, resulting in a Superbowl-esque game themselves!

 

 

 Rugrats The Trial


The Trial:

Now, crazy things are known to happen in the Pickles household(mainly due to Tommy and Stu, and basically everyone else, excluding the moms), but someone has really, truly crossed the line this time! Tommy's favorite clown lamp: "Mr-Fluffles" has been shattered into a million pieces, and Angelica suggests that Tommy should host his own homemade trial, with her being the persecuter, and Chuckie, Phil and Lil being the suspects. Will someone man-up and tell the truth to Tommy?!

 

12. Fluffy vs Spike/Reptar's Revenge

Fluffy Vs Spike:

Angelica gets a new cat called "Fluffy", who's basically a cat version of Angelica herself(even looks like her)! And unfortunately, for everyone, Fluffy keeps breaking plates(which really aren't that valuable, anyway, but still), and Spike gets the blame! Tommy is determined to show Stu and Didi that it wasn't Spike and it was actually Fluffy, will he succeed, or will his doggy pal remain in time-out?!

Reptar's Revenge:

Tommy, Angelica, Chuckie, Phil and Lil go to the carnival, and find out that Reptar is there and go and search for them! The guy wearing the Reptar costume, is actually a huge-cereal addict who goes by the name of "Leo".

 

13. Graham Canyon/Stu-Maker's Elves

Angelica and Tommy go on a road trip with Stu and Didi  to the Grand Canyon(or as Angelica calls it: "The Graham Canyon". After Angelica draws on the map mischievously, the Pickles end up at an amusement park.

After playing with his "Zippo-Glider Plane", and losing it in the process, Tommy persuades Chuckie to go along with him when he tries to get it back from Stu's basement. Along the way, they play with the toys that he previously invented, in which the two get into all sorts of dangerous, but fun consequences/situations.

Chaz decides it's about time that Chuckie is taught how to be potty-trained, but Chuckie is relunctant to the idea. Angelica making fun of him, doesn't necessarily help either.

After Phil and Lil argue about who plays with their Reptar doll, Betty(who doesn't know that Phil and Lil calm down after 2 minutes of arguing with each other!), who overhears them, suggests that the two should stay away from each other for, at least a while, but the two miss each other very quickly, as Phil without Lil is like, a baby without a diaper.

 

3. The Big House/The Shot

Tommy is taken to a secure-daycare unit(and by that, REALLY, REALLY secure!) for the day, and seems quite intimidated by how the place runs. Tommy continues to get on the staff's nerves, so much that they put him in time-out(in which he's the bravest baby, that's ever been there! More than the so-called "tough kid"!), and plots an escape, leading them all to freedom.

 

The Shot:

Tommy is getting a shot, at which, he is very enthusiastic about at first, but Chuckie tells him that it's not as fantastic as people make it out to be. Later on, Tommy meets another baby called Hector, who's also getting a shot, and unfortunately for them, they can't escape for one reason: ANGELICA!

 

3. Showdown at Teetor Totter Gultch/Mirrorland

Whilst walking to the local play-area, Grandpa falls asleep, and Tommy and Chuckie walk in with a positive attitude, and  even make a new friend. Everything goes swimmingly, until they discover Prudence(who they call the "Junk Food Kid"), who physically bullies babies by sticking junk food up their diapers, and blows some bubblegum into their hair! Tommy suggests that he stands up to her, will he finally give her the justice that she deserves?!

Meanwhile, much to the babies' confusion, Angelica convinces them that the ice cream section of the golf-course is a mountain made of ice cream!

Let There Be Light:

During a sleepover with Tommy, Chuckie gets cautious and warns Tommy about the dark, the coincidence being that the power gets shut down accidentally due to Stu's work in the basement!
Betty brings Phil and Lil around for the occasion at midnight, and they are all convinced due to Tommy's theory about a past childhood experience(that happened, when he was still a newborn!), that opening the refridgerator will bring back all the lights in the house!

The Bank Trick:

During a trip to the bank, Tommy and Chuckie look for the M and M machine(which is really the ATM machine!), inadvertently foiling a bank robbery by 2 crooks using identity theft!

7.Family Reunion/Grandpa's Date

Family Reunion:

The Pickles stop in to Willoughby, Iowa, to attend their family reunion, hosted by Hugh Pickles and his wife, Dotti., due to Grandpa missing his train to Chicago.
Meanwhile, Angelica scares the babies into believing her lie about reunions being swap meets for kids.

Grandpa's Date:

After at least approximately, Lou's lost-love Morgana returns to the Pickles household. Due to a breakup with Grandpa over an affair, the true story must be revealed, but Lou doesn't want her to know that he's a grandfather so rushes Tommy and Chuckie to bed, with all kinds of shenanigans going on!

8. No Bones About It/Beach Blanket Babies Original Airdate; 1st November 1992 No Bones About It: Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil want to bring Spike with them to the museum, but due to the strict restrictions, concerning the museum, they aren't allowed to, so whilst they get the chance to, the Rugrats sneak off to bring Spike a little present back, causing mischief and mayhem along the way! Beach Blanket Babies: Tommy, Chuckie and Angelica all go to the beach, and Tommy and Chuckie bring sea monkeys with them, and try to drop the cooler off at sea, but the cooler is full, so they have to wait until the cooler is empty, will it continue to be full or will it no longer remain full?! 9. Reptar On Ice/Family Feud

Reptar on Ice:

During a "Reptar" ice show, Tommy and the gang sneak off to see Reptar backstage, unknowingly to them, that it isn't actually Reptar, but a guy in a costume! Will they find out eventually?!

Family Feud:

Well, the impossible has finally happened! Didi and Stu, and Betty and Howard have all fallen out with each other, much to Tommy, Phil and Lil's confusion, and Chaz being in the middle of it all, tries to make them all be friends again! Will it be up to Chuckie's Dad, or Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil themselves to make them reconcile as friends again?!

10. Superhero Chuckie/The Dog Broomer Original Airdate: November 15th 1992 Superhero Chuckie: After going to see a live TV performance of "Captain Blasto"(guest-starring TV's Adam West) with Angelica, Chuckie aspires to be a superhero, as well as given support from Tommy, Phil and Lil! However, Angelica is cynical to the idea, and doesn't neccessarily think Chuckie would make a good hero, will she be able to get her comeuppance?! Is Chuckie REALLY a superhero?! The Dog Broomer: When the local dog groomer visits the Pickles' residence, Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil are cautious of the fact that they think that they are going to torture Spike, so they go through any lengths to prevent him from getting washed!

11. Aunt Miriam/The Inside Story

Original Airdate: 22nd November 1992

 

Aunt Miriam:

 

When Tommy's aunt comes over to visit, Tommy and Chuckie suspect that she's an alien from outer-space, meanwhile we find out that Lou and Miriam have had a troubled past and Lou isn't exactly eagerly awaiting her return.

 

The Inside Story:

Chuckie swallows a watermelon seed, and Angelica suggests that the twins and Tommy go inside to retrieve it. They succeed, only for Angelica to betray them in the process, or do they?!

12. A Visit From Lipschitz/What The Big People Do

Original Airdate: 29th November 1992

 

A Visit From Lipschitz:

The world's famous baby expert, Dr. Lipschitz, comes over to visit the Pickles residence, and Tommy and Chuckie are curious to see what a "Lipschitz" actually is, as Didi is always looking for his advice on how to raise Tommy! However, this causes alot of zany escapades....

 

What The Big People Do:

When Angelica gets Tommy and Chuckie into trouble, Chuckie dreams of life, if he and Tommy were adults, based off of a conversation he and Tommy had. However, things aren't as swell as they seem, once they find out who their boss is.

13. The Santa Experience

Original Airdate: December 6th 1992

 

After playing a trick on Phil and Lil, Angelica feels hurrendously bad for the trick that she played on them, and tries to seize the opportunity to tell them the truth and apologize. Meanwhile, Chuckie admits to Tommy that he has a huge fear of Santa Claus, and Tommy tries to persuade Chuckie that Santa Claus is jolly and gives him presents whilst he's sleeping.
